FAQ

Can I walk in?

We accept walk-ins for all jewelry sales, checkups/downsizes, and troubleshooting. All piercing services must have an appointment!

How do I make an appointment?

Our website features our current calendar. You will see a large button that says “Book Now”. Before you can book an appointment, we ask you to accept our paperwork and general shop policies!

What are your prices?

We have a $30 piercing fee, which allows you to get up to 4 piercings in one sitting for just the single fee and the cost of whatever jewelry you choose. Our jewelry options are priced from $30 per piece for standard titanium jewelry, and up from there depending on jewelry style and on the piercing you’re getting. We have titanium gemmed options starting at $33 per piece, and gold options range from $90 each, depending on size/intricacy/gemstones.

What are your age requirements?

  • Earlobe piercings: Ages 5+

  • Helix piercings (rim of the ear): Ages 12+

  • Other cartilage, facial, and navel piercings: Ages 13+

  • Surface anchors, nipple, and genital piercings: Ages 18+

Can I bring my own jewelry?

We cannot accept any jewelry that was not bought in our studio for hazard and liability reasons. Our website contains information on the materials of all jewelry sold, or you can call us for more details.

How much is a checkup or downsize?

We do not charge for any troubleshooting advice or general checkups. If your piercing is ready for a downsize, it is $15/new post!

What piercings do you offer?

If there is a specific piercing that you are interested in, you can always give us a call to see if we offer it! Though we perform most ear, oral, and facial piercings!

When should I come in for a checkup or downsize?

We recommend you pop in 2-4 weeks for all oral piercings or 6-8 weeks after the initial piercing for any other piercing to ensure that it is on track for healing! Throughout the healing process you are more than welcome to come in for any troubleshooting or questions. We are always here to assist you with your piercing needs!

Can I use numbing cream?

We do not allow any lidocaine creams as it can impact the piercing, so make sure you use no numbing agents prior to your appointment. Since piercings are done very quickly, lidocaine cream is not necessary!
